This is, in my opinion, the most epic hiking dessert ever. It was an inspiration on the part of my housemate, Shaz. The only difficulty may be finding the custard powder. I get mine at my local organic store. You can also use strawberries instead of raspberries, but I like the slight sourness of the raspberries to tone down the sweetness of the meringue and custard.

|10g meringue nest||13g custard powder|
|5g freeze dried raspberries||10g milk powder|

Water required: 70mL
- Whisk water into custard powder and milk mix, until lumps are mostly gone (difficult to get rid of all of them).
- Top with meringue and raspberries.
